- A background in customer service or finance is ideal, however if you have crystal clear communication and amazing people skills our Gold standard training programme and on-the-job support will give you everything you need to succeed.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, and any communication received through digital channels or the post.
- Our Training and Academy hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and we ask that you do not take any holidays during this time.
