- We are a Community Rehabilitation Unit within Leeds Community Health NHS Trust and work closely with Adult Social Care and external agencies to facilitate discharge and ongoing therapy in the community.
- You will work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to enhance your knowledge, supported by clinical supervision, peer support and regular CPD.
