Employment: Full-term & Part Time, permanent - 37.5hrs + flexible working options!
Salary: Band 5: 28,407 - 36,483 per annum + benefits

Role overview:

As a Band 5 nurse within Paediatric, you'll play an integral role in providing high quality care and helping oversee the unit and provide clinic leadership and supervision.

• You'll evaluate, plan, and execute care programs - confidently
• Provide leadership to your team, serving as a role model for other staff
• Supervise students, junior nurses, and other team members

The Ideal Candidate:

• RSCN/RN Child with current NMC registration
• Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience in any paediatric acute setting
• Mentorship course or equivalent - or willing to undertake within the first year
• Ability to calculate drug dosages
• Understanding of holistic care
• Awareness of evidence based practice.
