I am delighted to be seeking a driven Senior Architect to join a RIBA Chartered Highly repuatable practice in Leeds. You will be joining a well established practice reknown for their creative and cutting edge designs across a diverse portoflio of projects. Their award winning designs span several sectors from healthcare to education and commercial and have earnt them strong lasting relationships with plenty of high profile clients. With exciting plans for their continued growth is is a great opportunity for a talented Senior Architect to become an integral member of this thrving practice in Leeds.

The successful Senior Architect will have a keen eye for detail, boast design flare and have substantial post qualification experience across the RIBA stages with proficiency in Revit.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:

• Several years of post- Part 3 qualification experience
• ARB registered
• Capable at working across all RIBA Work Stages
• Job running experience is essential
• Proven record of working on medium - large scale projects
• Demonstrable technical expertise
• Boast design flare and creativity
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Managing a small team assisting with development
• Cultivate strong client relationships
• Ideally be local to Leeds
