Tool Maker

Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting our client in Calne in the recruitment of a tool maker to join the team on a permanent basis.

As a tool maker you will have previous experience in this field along with experience of moulding plastic and be a self motivated individual working within a small team.

Key Duties:

• Manufacture new mould tools to a high standard
• Work on tooling for plastics injection moulding
• Manage time and workload effectively
• Operate hand tools and machinery to complete tasks
• Repair and maintain existing tools

Skills:

• EDM experience
• CNC Milling and Turning
• Knowledge of plastics injection moulding processes
• Ability to operate hand tools and machinery effectively
• Welding skills for tool repairs and modifications
