What You'll Do:

• Drive Loan Success:Partner with the Lending and Underwriting teams to ensure smooth, timely loan completions from start to finish.

• Be a Key Player:Oversee due diligence, manage critical documents, and ensure the seamless release of funds.

• Build Relationships:Work closely with customers, brokers, and solicitors to provide first-class service, keeping everyone updated and informed.

• Manage Accounts:Monitor payments, handle queries, and proactively manage accounts in arrears to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Lead with Excellence:Ensure compliance with regulations and handle customer complaints with professionalism and care.

What We're Looking For:

• Mortgage Expertise:At least 3 years of experience with BTL, Bridging, Commercial, and Development loans.

• Regulatory Knowledge:Experience working in a PRA/FCA regulated environment.

• Customer-Focused:A passion for delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships.

• Team Player:Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
