ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN - ESSEX - AUTOCAD - HOUSING

This company are incredibly excited about their continued upward trajectory from an established base. Having been run very successfully for a number of years, they now have new leaders in place who want to push the business to a new level.

They are succeeding with their strategy with a growth in their housing projects and are looking to hire an experienced Technician or Technologist to compliment the current staff. You will need a background that transfers well as they are seeking an instant impact maker. Key requirements include:

- At least 5 years UK experience, ideally with job running background.
- UK Housing portfolio.
- Excellent quality with drawing production.
- Confident communicator.

They offer a stable working environment with a friendly team, the role is office based but with a culture that appreciates your life outside of work. Salary is 35,000 - 40,000 depending on your background.

The company use AutoCAD, SketchUP and the Adobe Creative Suite so it's desired you're capable with those tools.
