CNC Workshop Manager

New permanent position for an experienced CNC Workshop Manager in South Leicestershire. Salary £40,000 - £45000 per annum - Day shift only !

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of Managing a busy CNC Machine shop with a solid knowledge of Machining, tooling and maintenance.

The company have a comprehensive machine shop including 5 axis (simultaneous) and 4 axis vertical machine centres, CNC Lathes with live tooling and a range of conventional metal cutting & grinding machinery. Handling both large and small batch sizes in a wide range of materials.

The role will involve managing a busy production environment and working closely with the design team. Optimising production and implementing lean practices.
