Our wonderful partner school in Bromley (BR1) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support students' learning and development, particularly those with special educational needs.

Responsibilities include providing one-on-one or small group support, implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), assisting with classroom management, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a patient and compassionate approach, and the ability to inspire and motivate students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs.
• Assist in the implementation of IEPs.
• Support classroom management and organization.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
• Monitor and report on students' progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to student success.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Relevant qualifications in education or support work are desirable.
