Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Travel around Dartmoor, Newton Abbot, Exeter (Work from home as well)
Salary: 51,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, 39 hours/week, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities of Project Manager:

• Oversee construction and renovation projects in the prison sector.
• Manage project budgets ( 50,000 - 500,000) and multiple projects at different stages.
• Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 regulations and the Building Safety Act 2023.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Requirements of Project Manager:

• 3+ years of project management experience in construction/renovation with public sector, prison, or defence environments preferred.
• Project management qualifications.
• Strong organisational, time management, and people skills.
• Driving license required.
