Salary: 80,000- 90,000 + Package

Design Manager Roles & Responsibilities:

• Preconstruction Design
• Design Coordination
• Value Engineering
• Chairing Design Team Meetings
• Compliance Management
• Aiding with delivery programmes where necessary

Design Manager experience required:

• Minimum 7 years post qualified Design Manager experience
• Extensive Main Contractor / JCT D&B project experience
• Degree educated
• BIM/ Revit skills
• Excellent communication / reporting skills
