Workshop & Field Team Leader Kent 45,000 - 50,000 We are currently seeing a Workshop & Field Team Leader to join our Technology clients. The role is based in Kent and comes with a salary up to 50,000.
Responsibilities for Workshop & Field Team Leader- Lead, develop and motivate workshop and field team members to achieve the targets set
- Ensure adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures
- Support planning and allocation of resources and budgets of engineering projects
- Own and manage training and tools log for all team members
- Coordinate engineering activities according to the organisational guidelines
- Support overtime and expenses claims review and approval
- Preparation and review of RAMS and job cards
- Perform work-in-progress and post-completion audits
Requirements for Workshop & Field Team Leader- Electrical/technical background required
- Use own initiative and organised
- Self-starter keen to pick up new skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of power industry, transmission and distribution networks
- Stakeholder management skills across all levels of seniority
- Excellent administration written and verbal communication skills
- People management and leadership experience
- Knowledge of Information security and Cybersecurity
- Ability to interpret and use project planning software (AutoCAD knowledge)
