Job Title: Welder Fabricator
Salary: 12.50 - 16.00 per hour

Job Type: Temporary, leading to permanent after successful 13-week probation period

Join a reputable and well-established manufacturing company based in Ongar, Essex. Specialising in the production of agricultural iequipment, this company is looking for an experienced MIG Welder to strengthen their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding to a high standard, ensuring strong and reliable welds on agriultural components.
- Carry out fabrication tasks using hand tools and machinery, including press brakes, guillotines, and other workshop equipment.
- Maintain an organised and clean working environment, adhering to safety protocols and quality control standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in MIG welding, with the ability to work from technical drawings.
- Previous experience using fabrication machinery such as press brakes, guillotines, and hand tools.
- A commitment to quality, precision, and meeting production deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
