Are you a dedicated and driven professional with a passion for domiciliary care? As a Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in a privately owned business that values tailored support and well-being. This role offers up to 2 days of working from home, providing flexibility and a balanced work-life dynamic. Your core focus will be on compliance and business development, ensuring the highest care and service delivery standards.

Successful candidate will:
1. Lead and manage a team to deliver exceptional domiciliary care services.
2. Develop and implement strategic growth plans to expand the business.
3. Ensure compliance with CQC legislation and maintain high standards of care.
4. Foster a supportive and positive working environment for staff.
5. Monitor and improve service quality through regular audits and feedback.
6. Build strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.

Desirable Experience:
1. Proven experience in a Registered Manager role within domiciliary care.
2. Strong background in compliance and understanding of CQC legislation.
3. Demonstrated success in business development and growth strategies.
4. Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach.
