What's involved?
A successful Pastry Junior Sous Chef will work alongside a talented Pastry Chef with a wealth of culinary knowledge and experience. Your expertise will shine while carefully and responsibly managing the day to day running of the brigade, managing menus, food safety etc.

A minimum of 5 star and 2 AA Rosette experience is required for this position.
