30,000 - 37,000 + Bonuses & Overtime 40 hours per week 1 in 4 weekends

Alecto Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician for a reputable dealership in Salisbury. • Conducting routine servicing and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Carrying out repairs in line with manufacturer standards, ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality.
• Completing vehicle health checks and providing detailed reports for customers.
• Collaborating with the service team to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
• Keeping up to date with industry developments and training to maintain expertise in new vehicle technologies.

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealer or independent garage.
• Level 3 NVQ or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to resolve complex mechanical issues.
• Familiarity with Peugeot vehicles is an advantage, but not essential.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A full UK driving license is required.
