MANAGEMENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT TUTOR

PERMANENT FULL TIME REMOTE UP TO £40k

The Opportunity

A great opportunity for either a seasoned Management Tutor or an accomplished manager who wishes to train to become a Management Tutor.

• You would be delivering ILM level 3 and 5 and Associate Project Manager level 4.

Essential for the role:

• Hands on man management / supervisory / leadership experience.
• Hands on project management experience.
• Formal management or business qualifications ILM, CMI or degree level, or similar to level 5 or above.
• Experience of delivering training, ideally management. Either formally or coaching and mentoring of aspiring managers.
• Disciplined to work unsupervised from home.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

If you have the relevant qualifications and management / project management experience but not the formal training delivery experience, full training will be provided. You will also be supported to gain professional training qualifications.

Management experience is vital as you will be using your own real life management examples to add context to theoretical training.

Current Management Tutors will benefit from first class CPD to ensure their skills are constantly improving.

The most important thing is the genuine desire to become a tutor and support learners.
