Marketing Communications Manager Salary 40,000 - 45,000

Based: Hammersmith

Hybrid: 1-2 days working from home

A global uniform manufacturer is looking to recruit a Marketing Communications Manager for their office based in Hammersmith. The role will be to plan, implement and deliver marketing strategies and report on budgets. Also, monitor design, content and production of all marketing materials and communication across a range of reactive and strategically planned opportunities in print, media, events and online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Communication: Effectively communicate brand value proposition internally and externally.
  • Strategic Integration: Embed sustainability, well-being, and design as core strategic components.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with responsive, customised solutions throughout the sales process, from initial contact to contract signing and on boarding.
  • Materials Development: Provide the sales team with relevant materials to position company as an expert and preferred business partner.
  • Proposal Assistance: Support the sales team in responding to RFIs, RFPs, tenders, and creating pitches and proposals.
  • Direct Marketing: Plan and implement targeted direct marketing approaches, including data analysis and customer profiling.
  • Digital Strategy: Plan and execute a digital marketing strategy using agreed digital tools.
  • Technology Adoption: Drive the implementation of sales and marketing technologies and manage the CRM database.
  • Web Management: Develop and oversee a web strategy, ensuring the website is optimized and up-to-date.
  • Agency Collaboration: Work closely with external agencies and service providers to achieve marketing goals.
  • Brand Protection: With the Managing Director, maintain and protect the brand, corporate image, and intellectual property.
  • Internal Communications: Plan and manage internal communications regarding the company's direction and activities.
  • Market Awareness: Maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends.
  • Campaign Measurement: Measure and monitor marketing campaigns, reporting against agreed metrics.

Skills and Experience:

  • 2-3 years + B2B Marketing Manager experience
  • Experience of working in a varied Marketing position, dealing with direct marketing, PR, website development, events, online and print, marketing campaigns
  • Experience of using content management systems like HubSpot CMS
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologies.
  • Use of WordPress
  • Photoshop / inDesign /Canva other such programmes
  • Good use of MS Office including PowerPoint
