digital solutions. Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of the Drafting Engineer include:
- Develop and produce detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure accurate interpretation of design specifications.
- Create drawings for the design and production of acoustical silencers, filters, and related equipment.
- Assist in the modification and revision of existing designs as required.
- Ensure all drafts comply with relevant industry standards and project requirements.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing teams during the production process.
- Liaise with suppliers and clients to clarify design and production needs.
Key Requirements:
The key requirements of the Drafting Engineer are:
- Proven experience in a drafting or design role, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing sectors.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Strong understanding of technical drawing principles and geometric tolerancing.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of acoustical silencers, filters, or HVAC systems is a plus but not essential.

Package:£30,000 - £32,000 + 10% bonus + Early finish on Fridays.
