Electrical Project Engineer

The Electrical Project Engineer will support the client's deployment of new charge point infrastructure by addressing electrical infrastructure/design needs, capacity assessments, and connections for both on-street and private projects.

Supporting the Program Delivery Manager in identifying Risks, highlighting assumptions, development of the project Budget Model and ensuring a compliant electrical design aligns with the Customer requirements.

Key Performance Indicators for this position will be:

• Electrical support for project delivery on-time, on budget and quality (right first time) - target is 95%.
• Regulatory compliance (electrical) within the deployment time of new regulations - target is 100%.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience preferably within an engineering industry/highways delivery environment.
• Awareness of DNO structure, documentation and way of working (New connection requirements and grid capacity discussions, compliance).
• BSth Ed and C&G 2396-01 Unit401.
• ISO 9001 / 14001-aware.
