A Top 10 Quantity Surveying Consultancy, which is renowned for working on prestigious projects, is seeking a career focused Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Newcastle office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Cost Manager to join the companies market leading Real Estate division, guiding clients and your team on a number of exciting and iconic projects across the North East.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will assist on feasibility studies, estimating, cost planning, tendering, procurement, value engineering, and agreeing final accounts.

This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor eager for long term progression to Director.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• RICS accredited degree qualification
• Ideally MRICS or working towards
• A proven track record delivery quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle
• Experience working with a construction consultancy
