Job Requirements/Description

Your main focus will be minimising the adverse effects of organisational changes and therefore optimising positive results. By which you’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of IT changes:- prioritising change requests, assessing their impact, and accepting or rejecting these changes. You’ll also be responsible for documenting change management processes and change plans and act as chair of the change advisory board (CAB) meetings, as well as being responsible for the development and continuous service improvement of all aspects of Change & Release Management.

What will make you successful in the role?

You’ll have experience of embedding and maturing change management best practice into large scale organisations with a successful track record in Change, Release and Deployment services delivery and configuration management. You’ll have a full understanding of both the ITIL Release, Control & Validation processes and roles as well as the ITIL Service Transition lifecycle, principles, processes, functions and activities. You’ll have a good knowledge of tech infrastructure platforms and architecture gained within an airport or other similarly complex and regulated environments. You’ll be an effective communicator with effective relationship building, conflict resolution and influencing skills, adept at dealing with stakeholders up to senior leadership level, both internally and externally.
