The role:
Working with warm leads from our Mortgage Advising team
Completing sales calls with our customers, providing regulated advice, and making suitable recommendations.
Maintaining high-performance standards and staying up to date with industry regulations.
Staying abreast of evolving FCA requirements and industry changes.
Promoting best advice and setting a stellar example in customer care.
