You will be working for a service company who operate across the South.
Your new role
You will be a decorator working primarily on their Social housing client base. This will involve
- Carrying out decoration works in void and inhabited properties in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and to the specification provided.
- Wash down and effectively treat mould in accordance with manufactures guidelines and following the inhouse training provided.
- Carry out minor repairs and filling to walls, ceilings and woodwork to allow for decoration works to be completed.
- Complete all jobs within the relevant time scales and within the appointment time slot provided.
- To use all equipment and materials in a safe manner, complying with Health and Safety requirements and code of conduct (including appropriate PPE).
- Be able to use a smart phone and tablet, to allow timesheets, material use and accurate job progress to be recorded.
What you'll need to succeed You will be an experienced decorator who holds a City & Guilds in Painting and Decorating or NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating.
You will be happy working flexible working hours and travelling to a variety of sites.
You will need to be able to drive and Van will be provided.
