My Client is a Not For Profit organisation based in central London.

4 million income.

You will be sitting on the Executive Team and lead the strategy and delivery of finance, HR, IT/systems and office services.

You will be a qualified accountant, brilliant at both systems and people management, looking for a senior, broad and very much "sleeves rolled up" role.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Financial strategy and service delivery. Working with the Finance Manager, but personally producing the Business Plan, Statutory Accounts and the monthly Management Accounts.

People strategy and service delivery. Working with the HR Manager, but personally producing the People Plan as part of the Business Plan.

IT hardware & systems strategy and service delivery.

The client is looking for Candidates with:

Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA), ideally with prior experience at Director level.

Proven excellent team and service leadership for at least 5 years that includes but is not limited to finance.

Excellent range of management skills, including resource planning, communication and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a busy agile environment, to be proactive and fast-paced while always ensuring results are achieved.

Ability to be diplomatic, able to act with confidence and integrity in all situations while influencing others.
