LSA - Secondary School

Join our inclusive school community as a Learning Support Assistant with a focus on SEN support. We are seeking an experienced LSA who is passionate about helping students with special educational needs succeed in their studies.

Role Overview:

• Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Work with SEN students across a range of abilities and needs
• Collaborate with teachers to create inclusive learning strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an LSA with SEN knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach
• Ability to foster independence and confidence in students
