Position: Technical Administrator
Location: Hybrid (Remote with occasional on-site visits)
Pay Rate: 23.67 per hour (Umbrella PAYE)
Contract: Long-term contract
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:00 (8 hrs/day)
Security Clearance: Must have active and in-date SC Clearance (transferable)
Overview
We are seeking a diligent and organised Technical Administrator with current and active SC Clearance to support a Nuclear Defence site. This role is essential to ensuring smooth project operations, including document management, meeting coordination, and collaboration oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Support & Coordination: Serve as the primary technical administrator, coordinating documentation, reviews, and updates for the Nuclear Defence site.
- Scheduling & Document Control: Schedule and organise meetings, manage the review tracker matrix, and control document transmittal's.
- Technical Secretary Duties: Record and draft meeting minutes, facilitate document transmission, and support engineering task documentation.
- Collaborative Process Management: Oversee and monitor the Collaborative Working process, ensuring optimal usage across teams.
- Systems Management: Provide access support for program systems, including SharePoint, Teams, and Meridian.
- Reporting: Regularly report progress, updates, and any issues to Engineering Team management.

- Security Clearance: Candidates must possess active SC Clearance to be considered.
- Skills: Proficiency in SharePoint, Teams, and Meridian preferred; strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
