My client an internationally known multi-disciplinary construction consultancy. Due to an ever-expanding workload my client is looking to add to their successful Project Management team with the appointment of a Project Manager to their Manchester office.

You will have the opportunity to work on some of the UK's largest defence sector projects whilst honing your skills in a variety of other sectors.

Requirements of the Project Manager:

• Project delivery experience within Construction is essential
• Pre-Contract knowledge is essential with a solid understanding of NEC
• Track record of delivering or advising on complex construction and development works
• Must have a degree in either Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Construction/Architecture
• Professionally qualified in either ICE/RICS/CIOB would be beneficial but not essential

On offer for the Project Manager:

• A salary of 45,000 - 50,000 depending on experience
