Right now, we need to strengthen our Quality & Product Compliance team with a Product Compliance Specialist who will focus on providing administrative support to the Compliance and Sustainability Manager. Ensuring that Marshall products meet the required standards.

What you’ll do:

You will be working closely with the Compliance and Sustainability Manager to build, embed and grow a culture of compliance at the Company and also support and facilitate product compliance throughout the entire life cycle of the Amps portfolio from development to end of life. Playing an integral role in product development, standard interpretation and implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • You will monitor, keep up-to-date and spread awareness of product compliance laws, rules and regulations within: Safety – Electrical, Radio and EM, Substances – Reach, RoHs etc and Market access requirements
  • Assist with the administration, coordination and management of compliance processes, matters and enquiries, including approvals work, customer and supplier enquiries, third-party due diligence, extended producer responsibility obligations, and environmental and sustainability initiatives.
  • Build close working relationships across the business (e.g. R&D, Legal, Purchasing and Sales)

A motivated, methodical and organized team player with great attention to details. It is also important that you are comfortable communicating both verbaly and in text with different stakeholders, team members and other parts of the organization. It will also work for your benefit if you have an understanding of, and know how to prioritize your work.

You probably have the following experiences & skills:

  • Experience in product compliance (Electronics preferable)
  • Proficiency in EMC and Safety standards
  • Qualification within Compliance/Electrical safety
