Flight Instructor

Are you looking to obtain your flight instructor rating? We are offering to cover the complete cost of the flight instructor course with Redhill Aviation. With a bonded sponsorship scheme to cover your FIC training course along with a guaranteed job at either our Redhill or Shoreham flight school.

With a waiting list of students to start their PPL course new instructors coming online with the club can expect to be flying a full schedule as soon as they are ready.

What You Need to Apply:

• A UK CAA Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) or Private Pilots Licence (PPL) Holder with at least 200 hours.
• Meet all other pre-entry requirements for the instructor course as detailed below.
• Be available at least 182 days a year to instruct at our clubs, including a set number of weekend days.

What We Offer:

• Full funding for the training, application and required materials to obtain the Flight Instructor rating FI(R).
• A guaranteed position, self-employed with flexible working, at one of our flying schools upon completion, starting immediately on full pay of £35 per block hour.
