Future Teacher Training Pathway for Learning Support Assistants LSAs:

Our vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Southwark is looking for enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their team, with a unique opportunity to progress into a Teacher Training route from September 2025.

As an LSA, you will work closely with students and staff to provide tailored support, fostering a positive learning environment. You will gain hands-on experience in the classroom, working alongside qualified teachers, and receive ongoing training and mentorship to develop your skills.

You must:

• Hold both a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree (essential) - Highly beneficial if you studied at Cambridge/Oxford Universities.
• Are passionate about education and have a strong desire to become a secondary school teacher
• Are committed to making a difference in the lives of young people

Your Pathway to Teaching: This position offers the perfect foundation for those interested in pursuing teacher training. LSAs who demonstrate strong potential will be supported to transition into a formal Teacher Training Program in September 2025.
