Job Title: Sheet Metal Fabricator
Location: Bedford
Salary: £31,000 - £38,000 per annum

Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our Bedford team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled tradesperson with at least 10 years of stainless steel fabrication experience who can work independently to a high standard. Welding skills, particularly TIG welding in stainless steel, would be an added bonus but are not essential for this position.

Sheet Metal Fabricator Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and form sheet metal components for larger equipment assembly
• Follow technical drawings and specifications with minimal supervision
• Operate workshop equipment accurately, ensuring quality workmanship
• (Bonus) Perform TIG welding on stainless steel when needed

Sheet Metal Fabricator Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years experience in stainless steel fabrication
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and work autonomously
• Skilled in using workshop equipment with a high degree of precision
• (Preferred) TIG welding skills in stainless steel

Sheet Metal Fabricator Personal Attributes:

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and self-motivation
• Team-oriented but able to work independently
• Resilient and able to hit the ground running
• Valid driver s license

We Offer:

• Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
• Competitive pay of £31,000 - £38,000 with regular overtime, time and a half (paid after 8 hours daily)
