ECT Geography Teacher needed for Ofsted rated Secondary School in Romford, East London

JOB DESCRIPTION: Principal Education are seeking a reliable, committed, and engaging ECT Geography Teacher to work in an Ofsted rated Outstanding Secondary School in Romford, East London.

Role Type: Permanent, Full-time

Start Date: January 2025

To be eligible for this role, you MUST:

• Demonstrate the right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Possess QTS, QTLS, or another recognised teaching qualification, entitling you to teach in the United Kingdom.
• Possess strong behavioural and classroom management skills
• Be flexible and adaptable, willing and able to think on your feet.
• Demonstrate patience, empathy, composure, and diligence; to help with building and maintaining an optimal and safe learning environment for vulnerable pupils.
• Possess a recent, enhanced copy of a DBS or be willing to obtain one from Principal Education.
• Possess an overseas police clearance from any country that you have resided in for six months or more within the last five years, outside of the United Kingdom.
• Be based within commutable distance to Upminster, Essex.

Pay rates for work as a Teacher in our Secondary Schools typically range from £180 - £210 per day.
