- 1yr B2B sales experience, or Second Jobber, or/and we love moulding Graduates.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates / filling jobs
- Checking workers are on site
- Obtaining references from workers
- Updating worker availability list
- Adding candidates to the system

Trainee Recruitment Consultant Salary & Commission
- £20K-£25K plus excellent commission scheme
- When promoted to Consultant automatic pay rise and excellent commission scheme

- You are the average of the 5 people you spend most of your time with it might please you that all our consultants are successful and make around £70K OTE.
