Cover Supervisor - Secondary - SEMH - Salford

Do you have experience of supporting or teaching young people at secondary age?

Are you resilient to challenging situations?

An alternative provision in Salford are looking for a Cover Supervisor to start ASAP to join their team supporting SEN pupils.

You wouldn't need to be a qualified teacher but you would need the ability to lead a classroom and deliver work that has been set on the English curriculum at KS3 and KS4 level.

The pupils have been excluded from mainstream education so you would need the ability to manage a classroom and behaviour effectively although there would be a classroom support worker present as well. Class sizes are typically 8-10 pupils.

You must have UK based SEN experience as well as an enhanced DBS on the update service.
