This family owned company are a market-leader in manufacturing and supplying household items to all major supermarkets. Due to promotions within the company, my client are looking to add the right person to their close-knit maintenance team.

In this exciting position, you will be responsible for completing planned and reactive maintenance on this company's state-of-the-art manufacturing machinery in their warehouse. Your responsibilities will also extend to training two of their junior engineers on different machinery within the warehouse.

The ideal candidate will be an electrically-biased engineer from a plant, industrial or manufacturing background looking to join an industry-leading company offering career progression, excellent overtime rate and bonus to increase your earnings!

The Role:

• Planned and Reactive Machine Maintenance
• 4 weeks days (Mon - Fri, 08.30-17.00) + 2 weeks nights (Sun - Thurs, 22.00 - 07.00)
• Weekly Bonus 50 + Overtime Rates (1.3X - 2.0X)

• Commutable to Southend-on-Sea
