Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Tonbridge
Salary: Up to £65,000 - £85,000 per year + car allowance
Hill Mcglynn Recruitment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor for a residential developer with numerous sites in Kent and East Sussex. The developer has pre-sold up to 80% of their properties before building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from inception to completion.
• Work both in the office and on-site.
• Ensure accurate cost management and budgeting.
• Liaise with contractors and stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement and contract management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential development.
• Experience working on the main contracting side is preferred.
• Strong project management skills.
• Valid driving licence.
• Relevant qualifications and certifications.

Compensation:

• Up to £85,000 per year.
• Car allowance.
• Private healthcare.
