Position

The jobholder is responsible for overseeing and implementing health and safety strategies across construction projects, ensuring compliance with health & safety and environmental legal requirements. The role requires a strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and managing risks effectively. The Health & Safety Manager will work closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to promote safety as a priority in all operations, achieving zero accidents and incidents on site for the duration of the project lifecycle. In addition, the role is required to support/ coordinate ISO related activities and assessments to support the company's ISO certifications.

Role Requirements

  • Minimium of 8-10 years experience working as a Health & Safety Manager for Main Contractors or Residential Developers on mixed use or residential projects
  • Experience in leading safety audits, inspections and incident investigations
  • Familiar with construction processes and methods in relation to Health 7 Safety
  • Knowledge of environmental and sustainability considerations in construction safety
