Personal Lines Insurance Account Handler Job Overview

Be the point of contact for any new clients and for our current clients

• Assess clients needs and provide insurance quotes that align with their needs and requirements
• Process renewals and new business quotations
• Ensure all work is compliant and is completed in a timely manner
• Work alongside clients to expand and develop their coverage to ensure they have the right cover
• Take care of any general admin duties

Suitable candidates will have previous experience in the insurance world and will have a basic knowledge of Acturis.

Personal Lines Insurance Account Handler Job Requirements

• 2+ years previous experience in a similar role
• Previous experience using Acturis (essential)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident dealing with clients over the phone and via email

This is a fully office-based role so suitable candidates must have a reasonable commute to the Edgware area.

Personal Lines Insurance Account Handler Salary & Benefits

• 25,000- 30,000 (depending on experience)
