Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing orders
- Verifying purchase orders
- Handling credit requests
- Managing return requests
- Creating quotations
- Addressing customer enquiries
- Coordinating with external suppliers
- Coordinating with external couriers
- Answering phone calls
- Experience in a customer-centric environment
- Experience in the building/roofing industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with excellent interpersonal skills
- Work in an organised and systematic manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient IT skills with ERP system experience (Note: Training on the company's ERP system (Navison) will be provided)
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
