Title: Mortgage Advisor

Location: Leeds

This company is a small mortgage brokerage based in Leeds, who also own 3 estate agency branches. The role is a self-employed Mortgage Advisor position with all quality leads and admin support provided. This would be a great role for someone who is ready to take the leap into a supportive independent position, or someone who is already self-employed and wants to supplement their business with leads.

The team are really friendly and supportive, and can provide you with the tools and flexibility to increase your earnings as a self-employed advisor.

Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

• Advise customers on the best mortgage for them
• Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
• Work alongside an impression admin department to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
• Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.

Experience needed to become a Mortgage Advisor;

• Minimum 1 years Mortgage Advisor experience, CeMAP and CAS required.
• Whole of Market experience is advantageous, but experience in a bank could also work.
