Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Service Administrator to prepare retail and warranty invoices and to submit and manage warranty claims

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and processing warranty claims.
• Ensuring claims are compliant with Iveco requirements.
• Maintaining accurate service records.
• Liaising between technicians, manufacturer and customers to ensure the smooth processing of claims.
• Addressing customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Utilising dealership management software to submit and manage claims.
• Ensuring maximum recovery of warranty costs.

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a service administrator or in a similar role.
• An understanding of vehicle systems and warranties, particularly for commercial vehicles (desirable).
• Attention to detail to accurately review claims, technical data, and documentation.
• Effective communication skills.
• IT proficiency and ability to use workshop management software and systems, with training.
• Organisational skills to track multiple claims and ensure they are processed on time.
