Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and issue resolution, you'll provide unparalleled support and foster collaborative relationships.
  • With your keen problem-solving skills, you'll address customer concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring their satisfaction long after the sale is made.
  • You'll handle order processing with precision and efficiency, ensuring seamless transactions for our valued clients.
  • You'll play a pivotal role in collecting valuable feedback from our clients, helping us continuously improve and enhance their experience.
  • From assisting with trainings to showroom planning, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to various projects.

The ideal candidate will:

  • You'll bring previous experience in a similar role, coupled with an excellent telephone manner that leaves a lasting impression.
  • A GCSE or equivalent grade A-C in math and English demonstrates your commitment to excellence in communication and problem-solving.
  • While advantageous, experience in a shared mailbox environment is not essential - we value your ability to adapt and learn in any setting.
  • Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills, paired with proficiency in Outlook and MS Office (especially Excel), will set you up for success in this role.
  • You're eager to learn, open to new ideas, and thrive in a collaborative team environment where every member's contribution is valued.
