Residential Support Worker

Our Children’s Homes are registered with Ofsted and provide support for children and young people with disabilities, in line with their individual needs and care plans. The ethos of the service is to provide children with a home from home experience and to enhance and promote their life experiences and independence skills.

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Residential Support Workers to work in our children’s home in Dartington. You will be mainly based in Dartington, but may be asked to support the other internal children’s homes at times.

Your role will include supporting children and young people in the following areas:

Staff are supported through monthly one-to-one sessions, all staff have access to the Employee Assist programme which provides wellbeing support.

Starting rate at £13.47 per hour

Rising to £14.36 per hour

Overnight is £17.96 per hour rising to £19.14

Saturday is £20.20 per hour rising to £21.54

Sunday and bank holidays is £26.94 per hour raising to £28.72

We work on a 3 shift per 24 hours basis (AM/PM/Nights) and our homes are open up to 365 days a year.
