About the role:

As Project Manager, you ll take a lead role in managing dynamic office design and build projects from inception to completion. This position involves close collaboration with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. You'll be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of each project, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and client communication. This is an exciting opportunity to shape modern workspaces and contribute to innovative commercial environments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management within office design, fit-out, or construction environments
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, design processes, and project lifecycle management
• Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration skills
• Strong leadership with the ability to manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Proficiency with project management software and tools
• A degree in construction management or related field preferred
