With 550 talented individuals across 7 offices, we re recruiting a Client Partner to join our welcoming Community Care Inform team.
This Client Partner role is a hybrid position, with three days in-office at either our Sutton or Herne Hill location. The starting salary is up to £40,000 (DOE) plus 20% OTE and an additional uncapped bonus scheme, along with company benefits.
Community Care Inform includes two high-value content subscription websites, Community Care Inform Children and Community Care Inform Adults
Community Care Inform supports councils and social care professionals with high-value subscription content and digital resources to help them stay legally compliant and enhance their learning culture. As a Client Partner, you will manage existing accounts and drive new business, working closely with clients to meet their needs.

What We Can Offer You:
- Ownership and autonomy for a designated territory, primarily in the South of England and South Wales.
- The opportunity to consult with Local Authorities and Universities to renew, upsell, and drive new business within your territory.
- Flexibility to manage your schedule. Currently, the majority of meetings are being conducted virtually, though travel will be required from time to time for in-person meetings in the region as the number of face-to-face meetings is gradually increasing.
- Collaboration with the Head of Sales to deliver and develop sales strategy.

And What We Ask In Return:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in a content subscription service but not essential as a willingness to learn is a priority.
- An interest in the social care industry and a commitment to making a difference in this fantastic sector
- Willingness to travel as needed within the South of England and South Wales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both online and in person.
- A customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
