HGV Class 2 Removal Driver

We are on a lookout for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver for our commercial relocation Client based in Reading.

As this role involves moving office furniture and elements of heavy lifting, it will be best suited for an individual who enjoys being on the go and is physically fit.

Hours: Monday Friday, early start times (some weekend availability), full time hours

Pay rate while temporary (first 12 weeks):

£16ph + holiday allowance

OT and weekends - £20ph

Permanent pay:

£34,889.40pa

Responsibilities:

• Daily vehicle checks
• Following H&S Regulations
• Performing duties in a safe manner
• Using all equipment provided in accordance with safe working practices
• Loading and unloading
• Helping group of porters on the jobs

Role requirements:

• HGV Licence and full CPC
• Digital tachograph card
• Good knowledge of driving rules and regulations
• Enthusiastic and driven individual
• Team player
• At least 6 months of HGV driving experience due to the Insurance
• No more than 6 points due to the Insurance
