JGA is exclusively partnered with a leading global organisation seeking payroll professionals in the Manchester area to provide outstanding service to their clients !

Responsibilities:

• Owning and taking responsibility for the client journey, always ensuring service excellence.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders.
• Conducting account client reviews.
• Raising system bugs and improvement ideas with technical support.
• Answering client queries about their Payroll.
• Ensure client payrolls are managed timely, accurately, and securely.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in Payroll, at an Advisor or Senior Advisor level.
• Excellent ability in building positive customer relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organised
