Building Surveyor

Our client is a well-established and growing specialist and multi-disciplined surveying consultancy who are looking for a Building Surveyor to join their growing company, based from their head office in Leicester.

They are a specialist in providing building surveying services, academy surveying, funding and estates strategy planning to their education clients nationwide. The Building Surveyor will be involved in the delivery of new build and refurbishment education projects. In addition to building estates and energy strategies to academies trusts.

• Estate's strategy, contract administration and project-based works
• Working with clients on projects across the East and West Midlands areas
• Reporting to their Leicester head office
• Delivering education refurbishment and new build construction projects
• Working with academies trusts on estates and energy strategies

• Degree qualification in Building Surveying
• Open to candidates from a Intermediate to Senior level
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a consultancy environment
• Knowledge of building and construction in the education sector would be ideal but not essential
• A driving licence is essential due to the nature of the work

• Salary: 30k - 55k (Guide only - DOE)
• Holiday Allowance: 25 Days + Bank holiday + 3 Days Christmas
