You will deliver professional courses within the Curriculum Area of Culinary Arts and Hospitality to a diverse range of students at a variety of levels, with different learning styles. As a professional member of the teaching staff of the College, you will be responsible for the preparation of lessons; the teaching of students and the marking and assessment of their work.
The ideal candidate will possess an Advanced Food Hygiene Qualification along with relevant industry experience, which compliments the curriculum area. Additionally, you should have the knowledge and skills to deliver classes on the professional cookery courses, this may include other theoretical and practical subjects. Previous teaching experience, including the use of a VLE is desirable.
